Perfect for couples celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons, or a quick getaway. We are a small, family-owned business and take a lot of pride in creating clean, comfortable 5-star stays for our guests.

LOCATION: Rockbridge, Ohio - Easy access to some of Hocking Hills most popular attractions, including Downtown Logan (15 min), Old Man's Cave (15 min), and Cantwell Cliffs (under 10 min). *Guests receive access to our digital welcome guide with local recommendations and an interactive map. IMPORTANT NOTE: The bedroom is located on the second floor and accessed via an alternating tread staircase (as shown in photos). Please ensure you are comfortable using this style of stairs before booking. LIVING ROOM: - Cozy Sofa - Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Prime + More!) - DVD Player + Movies - Games and Playing Cards OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT: - Covered Patio with Twinkle Lights - Hot Tub - Blackstone Grill (updated from photos) - Portable JBL Bluetooth Speaker - Fire Pit with Seating *Firewood not included, but available for purchase at local stands. Welcome guide will contain additional details. OTHER NOTES: - Pet-friendly (max 1 dog, no cats or other animals). PETS: We are dog-friendly! You are welcome to bring 1 well-behaved, housebroken dog (no cats or other animals). Please make sure your dog is included on your reservation at the time of booking. We do not charge a pet fee as long as our pet policy is followed and the property is left clean and tidy, including the removal of any pet hair. Please use the provided pet blankets on furniture, wipe muddy paws, and clean up all pet waste and outdoor areas. A ChomChom roller and vacuum are available to help with pet hair. If any damage occurs, please report it immediately so we can address it before the next guests. Damage to our property may be reported to Airbnb and could result in additional fees. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests to enjoy! WELL WATER: The home operates on well water, which is common in rural Hocking Hills properties. The water is safe for bathing and cooking, though some guests prefer bottled water for drinking.
