Living The Dream Cabins

We had an amazing time at this place! We had a great night grilling steaks/ peppers/ onions and stuffed mushrooms on the blackstone. It was such a great place to relax after taking long hikes in the area. We took the suggestion of gong to the winery close by and bringing sandwiches and it was so fun! 10/10 recommend this place!

The home was very spacious and clean; looked just like the pictures. The thoughtful welcome gift was a HUGE hit with my kids and made us feel very welcome and appreciated. The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the other 2 bedrooms and that ended up being a good thing since my kids stayed up very late. We brought our dog and she had a blast. The welcome gift even included a treat for her which was a sweet touch. There was a card for a local pizza place so we tried it and it was SO good! Overall, it was a relaxing and fun getaway. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the place! Somehow this place isn’t huge but the space felt so open and large! The outdoor space was such a great addition to use. We loved how close it was to Hocking Hills and Conkle’s Hollow. Super quiet and nobody nearby. Perfect meetup place for families.

Perfect Anniversary Getaway! We stayed in this cozy, clean Airstream just outside Hocking Hills State Park for our 27th anniversary, and it was such a treat! The outdoor space was amazing—hot tub, fire pit table, big-screen TV, Blackstone grill, and peaceful woods all around. The hosts were thoughtful and organized, with a super helpful guide sent before check-in—and they even left a chocolate cake in the fridge to help us celebrate! We’d definitely recommend this place for a relaxing, romantic escape.

Very easy to get to, about 15 minutes from activities. It was nice and cool inside, very clean and quiet. The hot tub was great and we had a lot of fun with the jukebox. The shower was nice and hot. The bed was very comfortable!

Our stay set us up perfectly to explore everything we wanted to in Hocking Hills State Park despite the short time we had. The airstream was clean, quaint and fit all of our needs. The lights around the property, the bobcat & deer sightings, and hottub on the deck really pulled it all together. Thank you from New Hampshire, Shy, Bry & Ruben.

We had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed it. We were able to find everything that we need for a comfortable stay. It matches the description and a perfect getaway. Very close to all the trails.

Wonderful stay! Home was very clean and comfortable, property was so peaceful. Loved sitting outside in the morning listening to the birds. Unfortunately it was very hot during the day so we couldn’t take full advantage of the outside area but intend to come back in the fall! The kitchen was pretty well equipped but a small saucepan would have been nice (unless I couldn’t find it ). Also the bunk room is great for kids but the mattresses are pretty thin for adults. Maybe bottom bunks at least could use an upgrade. Easy drive to all the attractions of Hocking Hills. Overall a great home and property. Thank you !

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Retro Cabin! The functional jukebox, beautiful kitchen, and peaceful views really made our stay memorable. We did run into some issues during our stay, but Ian was quick to respond to us and send assistance. He made everything right with us, and we 10/10 recommend the cabin to anyone looking for a private, Hocking Hills stay.

This was a wonderful cabin to stay in! The space is the perfect size for a couples getaway. We had so much fun using the jukebox while making dinner and sitting in the hot tub. The water fountain out front really adds to the atmosphere when sitting in the hot tub relaxing.
